Product: Bible Motion (the “App”)

By downloading, accessing, or using Bible Motion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) Eligibility and Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have a parent/guardian’s consent, to use the App. The App may allow use without an account. If an account is offered and you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2) License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, e-Skillora grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store / Google Play rules.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer the App (except where prohibited by law).
Use the App to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or harm others.
Attempt to bypass security, access non-public areas, or interfere with App performance.

3) Content and Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App—including videos, graphics, designs, text, logos, app UI, and compilation—are owned by or licensed to e-Skillora and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from App content without written permission from e-Skillora, except for normal personal use within the App.

Bible Texts / Translations: Certain Bible translations may be owned by third parties and used under license or permission. Such materials remain the property of their respective owners.

4) User Notes and Saved Items

The App may allow you to create notes and save passages (“User Content”). You own your User Content. You grant e-Skillora a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content only as needed to operate the App and provide features to you.

You are responsible for your User Content. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

5) Purchases, Pricing, and No Subscription

Bible Motion is offered as a one-time purchase (currently $9.99 per app store listing) unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not e-Skillora. Refund requests are governed by the App Store / Google Play policies. e-Skillora does not control refunds but may assist with troubleshooting.

6) Acceptable Use

Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others.
Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the App.
Scrape, copy, or extract content at scale.
Use the App content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7) Disclaimers (Important)

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, e-Skillora disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Spiritual/Educational Content Disclaimer: Bible Motion provides educational summaries and tools intended to support Bible learning. It is not a substitute for pastoral counseling, professional advice, or formal theological instruction. Your interpretation and use of content are your responsibility.

Accuracy: We strive for quality, but we do not guarantee that content is complete, error-free, or perfectly aligned with every denomination or theological tradition.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: e-Skillora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App. e-Skillora’s total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App (or $10.00 if no payment was made).

9) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless e-Skillora and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and contractors from claims arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10) Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11) Third-Party Services and Links

The App may contain links or integrate with third-party services. e-Skillora is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

12) Updates and Changes to the App

We may update the App, add or remove features, or suspend access at any time. We do not guarantee that any feature will always be available.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that should survive termination will survive.

14) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us first at SUPPORT_EMAIL_HERE. If not resolved, disputes will be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington, unless required otherwise by law.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and may provide notice within the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
